Team Of The Week – Week 3 – Season 11 – Super League

Starting XI
GK: Gummy l1l (Juventus) – Starting off this week’s TOTW is none other than the legendary Gummy. Ditching the old gamer tag before this season has sure done him wonders, as he is on the best run of form in his career. In 7 games, Gummy has saved 34 shots. He had only allowed 3 goals and has also picked up 5 clean sheets during this time.
CB: Slipkid2 (Lyon) – The first defender selected in this week’s TOTW is the main man in the back for Lyon in Slipkid. The S10 TOTS center back has switched from AC Milan and joined the Lyon ranks, not skipping a beat as the season starts to reach its climax. In 8 games, Slipkid had 2 assists, 19 interceptions, 34 possessions won, and 4 clean sheets
CB: Paparedz BADD (Chelsea) – Making his debut in TOTW for the first time in his career is Paparedz. He has been a leader from the back for the West London side as they push to finish in a Super Cup spot for the first time since Season Four. In 7 matches, Papa picked up 1 assists, 6 tackles, 18 interceptions, and 22 possessions won.
CB: Matt Be Creepin (Inter Milan) – I honestly don’t know what Coufavelli is feeding his defenders over at Inter, but whatever he is doing is working. The Inter Milan defense has been one of the best to date in the league, and you can look at Matt Be Creepin as an example of how great it is. In 6 matches, Matt has gotten 12 interceptions, 19 possessions won, and 5 clean sheets.
CDM: iRealms (Juventus) – Making his return to PCN after a self-imposed ban, Realms has not fallen short of expectations as he has once again made it into TOTW. The Juventus defensive mid has been all over the place for Italiano and his crew as they cement their push for yet another SL title. In 6 games, Realms has picked up 10 tackles, 27 interceptions, 38 possessions won, and 5 clean sheets.
CDM: Jammmyy (Inter Milan – POTW) – Our Player of the Week is none other than PCN’s most famous Scouser, Jammy. If there is anyone on Inter who would affect the outcome of any match, one would look no further than the former TOTS DM. In his last 8 games for Inter Milan, Jammy has won possession back 44 times, while also adding 20 tackles, 32 interceptions, and 7 clean sheets.
RM: x Clasie (Benfica) – Having previously made it into the TOTW as a defensive midfielder, Clasie has shown he is also classy at outside mid as well. As Benfica looks to win the title this season, making it two in a row, Clasie’s play and versatility is key for the Portuguese side and their success. In 6 matches, Clasie scored 1 goal and added 4 assists, 8 key passes, 16 tackles, and 17 interceptions.
CAM: AyeVols (AC Milan) – Making his second TOTW this season is none other than AC Milan’s dynamic playmaker in AyeVols. His ability to create has been crucial for the Italian outfit as they chase the ever elusive title. In 8 matches for the Rosseneri, Vols has picked up 2 goals, 2 assists, 17 key passes, and 13 interceptions.
LM: Criminal Casper (Chelsea) – Another debutant in the TOTW this week is none other than Criminal Casper. Keeping his name from the days of Criminal Society, he has brought with him the talent to succeed in the top flight of PCN. Being a two-way outside mid, he can contribute in the attack and on the defensive end, as in 9 games, Casper found the back of the net on two occasions, and has also scooped up 3 assists, 9 tackles, 18 interceptions, and 2 Man of the Match awards.
ST: SpicyBeatle (Lazio) – The only person to make all three TOTWs this season is the spiciest beatle in the land. The former Dortmund manager has brought his veteran experience and clinical finishing to Lazio, as they aspire to continue their fight for their first title. In 8 games, Spicy has found the back of the net 10 times with 19 shots on target. He also got 2 assists and 8 key passes during this time.
ST: JohnnyTheDream – (Tottenham) The last person in the starting XI is the one, the only, JohnnyTheDream. He has taken his positive VR experiences and turned it into positive performances up top for the Hotspurs. In the last 8 games, Johnny has scored 12 goals on 25 shots on target, while also picking up 1 assist and an insane 6 Man of the Match awards.
BENCH
GK: ll Jayz ll (Lyon) – Making his first ever TOTW is Lyon’s newest shot-stopper in ll Jayz ll. After taking over the number 1 spot from Jeepers, Jayz has taken his chance and ran with it, earning his first of potentially many TOTW selections. In 6 games in between the sticks, Jayz has saved 24 shots on target, only allowing 2 goals during this time. He has also picked up 4 clean sheets and 1 Man of the Match award.
CB: N4STY l 12 l (Villarreal) – The lone representative for Villarreal this week is their star man at the back, N4STY l 12 l. As the side is pushing up the table to separate themselves from a relegation fight, they look to Nasty and his crew at the back to lead them to safety. In 10 games, Nasty has 28 interceptions, 13 tackles, 44 possessions won, and 2 clean sheets.
RB: AJCONN29 (Lyon) – For as much shade as AJCONN gets from some people in the league, he has proven himself as a Super League caliber player as he secures his first ever SL TOTW nomination. The oldest player in PCN, and probably the most intoxicated, AJ has been clamping up the opposition and has been vital for Lyon’s Super Cup push. In 8 matches, AJCONN has gotten 9 tackles, 19 interceptions, 23 passing points, and 32 possessions won.
CDM: CM9 PT (Chelsea) – The lone DM on the bench this week is Chelsea’s co-manager, CM9 PT. The Portuguese DM has been balling out for the West London Blues, and it is showing, as he has earned a TOTW nomination and Chelsea are currently on the rise in the league table. In 10 games, the gaffer has won the ball back an astounding 62 times, while also adding 26 tackles, 41 interceptions, and 5 clean sheets.
CAM: Versatile Goat (Juventus) – Finishing off the midfielders for this TOTW is Juventus’ experienced attacking mid, Versatile Goat. Also known as Deen to some people, the former Viva Futbol and Holicz player has made the move to PCN and has not disappointed in his debut campaign for the Old Lady. In 7 games, Deen has scored twice, while also adding 4 assists, 6 key passes, and 2 Man of the Match awards.
ST: Frijolito8921 (Atlanta United) – This week’s lone representative from Atlanta United is their silent, but deadly striker, Frijolito. Although Atlanta’s form has been somewhat inconsistent as of late, that has not stop Frijolito from being one of the better strikers in the top flight. In 8 games, Frijolito has scored 8 goals with only 13 shots on target, an insane conversion rate of 61.5%! He also picked up 1 assist, 6 key passes, and 22 passing points.
ST: Coufaveliii (Inter Milan) – Last, but certainly not least, we have Cape Verde’s very own, Coufavelli. Coufa has finally woken up this season after a slow start to their treble-defending campaign. In 8 matches, Coufa has found the back of the net 6 times and also added 6 assists alongside his goal tally.
