Team Of The Season – Season 12 – Ballots

A big shoutout to every single player who received a vote, and obviously congrats to all who made the final team.
This year’s voters was a combination of nine staff members as well as two veteran managers who are listed below with each of their initial ballots. Every single person who voted (including myself) had to fill out an application at some point during the season to be added to the committee. We used those first votes to get a rough first team, and from there we had smaller tiebreaker votes when it was too close to call to determine the final spots.
We realize that we may not get the exact 18 players that each of you would have chosen for TOTS especially in Super League, but that’s because we are at a point where there are more than 18 great players in the league and only 18 spots to be handed out for TOTS. We can only ask that you respect the voters’ choices and understand that all of them took a lot of time and effort to evaluate each player and make their final picks.
We once again asked the managers for reviews where managers and a few co-managers from PCN teams submitted reviews of some of their top players as well as players from other teams who stood out to them during S12 as another way to evaluate player performance. Any more critical and well-reasoned feedback on how we can continue to improve the process is always welcome, so feel free to contact an admin with your ideas.
